As a global administrator, you can lock a signature so that branch administrators do not modify it

As a global administrator, you can now restrict the modification of any signature to subsidiary administrators.

This allows you to configure a signature with your custom settings and target users and branch administrators will not be able to change any settings for this signature. (style, design, assignment, status.)

To block a signature for the subsidiary administrators:

1 - Connect to the subsidiary of your choice.

2 - Identify the signature you wish to block.

3 - Open the signature template, go to "Settings" and manage the priority. At the bottom you will have the possibility to block the modification of signatures.

4 - And save.

* Only global administrators can access the signature and modify settings.
