To deploy your signature on Outlook :
Office 365: Deploy the add-in from the platform, accompanied with a global M365 administrator who will enable the deployment of the add-in.
The Addin will be also deployed automatically in OWA.

Exchange / Google: Download the APP from the platform and remember to ask your users to download it to make their signatures effective on their workplace too.
To deploy your signature on OWA ( Exhange ) and Gmail:
From your Letsignit administrator account, go to the top-right menu, in "Office 365/GSuite integrations ".
The following screen appears :
Google: Click on the arrow on the right of the Gmail section and then on Authorize to activate the Push API. Please note that you must have the necessary rights as indicated in this FAQ.
Exchange on premise: click on Edit to generate a unique id that will allow you to authorize Letsignit scripts and APIs.
Once the connector is activated you can reload your Gmail/OWA webmail.
To deploy your signature on Mobile and tablet:
This feature is only available for Office 365 and Exchange.
To benefit from your Letsignit signatures on your mobile or tablet, you must activate the SMTP connector. Go to the "Office 365/GSuite integrations" tab in the platform.
Office 365:
Click on the "Smtp Office 365" tab and on "Configuration".
Then, follow the instructions described in the window.
