Method 1:

To do this, simply open a new folder on your computer and enter the following command:

%localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook

Once the command has been entered, click on the "RoamCache" folder:

Finally, delete the contents:

The Outlook cache is now cleared, so you can restart Outlook Desktop.

Method 2:

Before proceeding with this operation, we invite you first to close Outlook Desktop.

Then proceed in the same way as above, opening File Explorer.

If you don't know your user name on the workstation, you can enter the following command: C:\Users

Then press Enter --> to find your user name.

Then, still from File Explorer, enter the following command: C:\Users\yourusernameAppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef

Press Enter

You'll get the following result:

All you have to do now is delete the folder shown here in a red box (made up of numbers and letters).

The Outlook cache is now deleted, so you can restart Outlook Desktop.
