Follow these simple steps to duplicate a signature within one or more subsidiaries simultaneously.

Go to the signature tab and identify the signature you wish to duplicate within your subsidiaries.

Click on the signature menu button:

Then click on duplicate and then on duplicate in subsidiaries:

A window will open with the list of existing subsidiaries, select the box of the branch or subsidiaries in which you want to duplicate the signature:

Click on duplicate to finish the operation.

You can now find the duplicated signatures in the signature gallery inside your chosen subsidiaries.

All signature adjustments will be restored to standard values and user assignment must be made within each subsidiary for the corresponding users.

The reply/forward signature will be duplicated equally if one exists.
