You can now diversify the communications relayed by your employees by activating the random campaigns feature.

If several campaigns in progress (with the same higher priority level) are assigned to the same user, they will alternate randomly in the signature with each new email.

This new feature is compatible for Letsignit Add-in users only.

How to benefit from this functionality

To activate this feature :

  • In the Campaigns tab, click on the "Settings" icon

  • Activate toogle and save.

Once the setting has been activated, campaigns with the same highest priority level will alternate randomly with each new email from the user.

The information that the feature appears is also visible in the Settings/Manage Priority page.

This feature is compatible with the automatic detection of internal audiences.

It works in the same way for internal campaigns, which can change randomly if several internal campaigns of the same highest level are active and assigned.

Co-existence with the default signature functionality

Please note: if you have activated both the random campaigns functionality and the default signature functionality:

  • As soon as the end user manually chooses a default signature from their Add-in, this signature will be inserted in each new email, even if the random campaigns feature is activated.

  • If you activate the feature but the end-user has already chosen a default signature, it is this signature that will be inserted in each new email, even if the random campaigns feature is activated.

You can deactivate/reactivate the default signature feature to make the random rotation effective again, but it will stop again as soon as the end user chooses a default signature.
