To create a generic group with all users, go to the Team tab on your Letsignit platform, then to the Groups section.

1 - Creating a generic group:

  1. Click Create Group from the group listing page.

  2. Select the “Standard Group” option and click Next.

  3. Enter a group name.

  4. Select the Include All Users option.

  5. Finally, click Create Group.

Notes:

  • If a generic standard group is created at a given moment with all global users, and users are then added to the global group, they are automatically added to the generic group (the same applies at the subsidiary level).

  • At the global level:

    • If a generic group is created from the global level (the root), it will include only all users from the global level.

    • Only global admins and campaign admins can create generic groups at the global level, just like any other standard group.

  • At the subsidiary level:

    • If a generic group is created from a subsidiary, it will include only all users from that subsidiary.

    • Only global admins, subsidiary campaign admins, subsidiary admins, or delegated subsidiary admins can create generic groups at the subsidiary level, just like any other standard group.

2 - Modifying a generic group:

  1. From the group listing page, click on the action menu to the right of each group, then click Edit.

  2. From the edit window, you can change the name of the group or change the group to a group determined by an attribute.

  3. If you want to select an attribute, choose the attribute in question, as well as the associated operator and value.

  4. Finally, click Save.

Notes:

  • If a group has been created with all global users, it can only be modified by the global administrator at the global level.

  • If a group has been created with all users of a subsidiary, it can only be modified by the global administrator, the subsidiary administrator, or the subsidiary's delegated administrator at the subsidiary level.

3 - Deleting a generic group:

  1. From the group listing page, click on the action menu to the right of each group, then click Delete.

  2. Click Delete permanently to confirm your choice.

Notes:

  • If a group has been created with all global users, it can only be deleted at the global level.

  • If a group has been created with all users of a subsidiary, it can only be deleted by the global administrator, the subsidiary administrator, or the subsidiary's delegated administrator at the subsidiary level.
